Elijah Burke Released
I just got word on Twitter, via WWE.com, that Elijah Burke has been released, along with Kenny Dykstra & Lena Yada. He dropped a quick post on his blog today, but it burns me up. They had promise for homeboy when he first touched down, but then let him get beat so many times. He could've been a US champ, or, if they had put a few more straps together on ECW (TV belt perhaps?), he could've done that, really beefing up the midcard. Damn shame, I think he's a fucking talent.Hold your head, Black Pope.
